Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to return any item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@slvtcorp.com. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. You can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days, and it will be credited back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This will ensure the fastest processing and delivery of your new item. Follow the steps outlined in our return policy to initiate the return process.

Exceptions

While we strive to provide a seamless return and exchange experience, there are a few exceptions to our policy. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The same conditions apply as stated in our general return policy.
